PRIVACY POLICY

1. Who controls your information

DA Outlet is responsible for the personal information it collects through this site. You can contact us through the Contact Us form for privacy questions or rights requests.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may process account or contact details, order and shipping information, design prompts, uploaded artwork, generated designs, product choices, customer-service messages, device/browser information, and consent preferences.

3. Payments

Payment checkout is designed to be handled by Square through a secure hosted checkout. DA Outlet does not need to receive your full payment-card number in the website interface. Square processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

4. AI design generation

When AI generation is enabled, your prompt and related design information may be sent to the AI service provider used by DA Outlet. The provider should be identified or linked when the production integration is enabled. Do not include sensitive personal information in design prompts unless it is necessary.

5. How information is used

We use information to provide previews, generate or store recent designs, process orders, fulfill and ship products, maintain carts and preferences, provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, and improve the service where permitted.

6. Cookies and similar storage

The site uses necessary browser storage for functions such as your cart, recent generations, and saved privacy choices. Optional analytics or marketing technologies must remain disabled until allowed by your saved consent choice. You can change these choices through the Cookies button at the bottom of the site.

7. Sale or sharing of personal information

The current site is not designed to sell personal information for money. If future advertising or data-sharing technologies fall within a legal definition of “sale” or “sharing,” DA Outlet will apply your saved Do Not Sell or Share preference and supported browser opt-out signals.

8. Service providers and international processing

Information may be processed by providers needed to run the service, such as hosting, payment, fulfillment, communications, fraud prevention, and AI-generation providers. Those providers may process data in countries different from yours. Appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should be used where required.

9. Retention

Information should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legitimate business records. Browser-stored cart, generation, or consent information may remain until you clear it or your browser removes it.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain sale, sharing, profiling, or targeted advertising. Use Contact Us to exercise a request. We may need to verify your identity where required.

11. Children

This service is not directed to children who are not old enough to consent to online services under applicable local law. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child submitted personal information improperly.

12. Security and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as vendors, features, or laws change; the update date above should be revised when material changes are made.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Service

DA Outlet provides tools for creating, previewing, ordering, printing, and shipping custom apparel. Product availability, generation features, production times, and delivery services may change.

2. Your uploaded content

You retain the rights you already hold in artwork, text, photos, logos, or other content you upload. You grant DA Outlet a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, resize, position, print, package, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide previews, produce your order, provide support, and maintain service records.

3. AI-generated designs and ownership

As between you and DA Outlet, DA Outlet does not claim ownership of a design generated specifically from your request. To the extent DA Outlet receives transferable rights in that generated output, DA Outlet assigns those transferable rights to you to the fullest extent permitted by law, subject to any disclosed third-party AI-provider terms.

However, “ownership” of the file does not guarantee that the design qualifies for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property protection. Purely AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and the law can differ by country. Human-created selection, arrangement, editing, drawing, text, or other authorship may receive different protection. Generated outputs may also resemble material generated for other users and are not guaranteed to be exclusive.

4. Your responsibility for designs

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded content and that your requested design will not unlawfully infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity/privacy rights, or other rights. Do not request or upload illegal content, deceptive impersonation, prohibited hate or abuse, or content that violates applicable law. DA Outlet may refuse a design or order when reasonably necessary.

5. Preview and print variation

On-screen previews are visual estimates. Actual print size, placement, color, fabric appearance, and alignment may vary modestly because of garment size, material, screens, print processes, and production tolerances.

6. Pricing, bundles, and payment

Prices shown at checkout control. Bundle discounts or quantity pricing apply only when their displayed requirements are satisfied. Standard shipping is included for contiguous-U.S. orders. Taxes, duties, expedited delivery, international/non-contiguous-U.S. shipping, special freight, or other legally required charges may be added when applicable.

7. Production and delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Any “24 hour” language describes typical qualifying service conditions and does not promise delivery within 24 hours for every order. International orders will generally take longer and may be delayed by customs processing, inspections, duties, carrier disruptions, weather, local events, address issues, or other unforeseen circumstances outside DA Outlet’s control.

8. International orders

Customers are responsible for providing a deliverable address and for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. International customers may have mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.

9. Custom-product cancellations, returns, refunds, and defects

Custom orders are made specifically for you. You may request a cancellation before production begins. If DA Outlet confirms that production has not started, the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method. Once production has begun, custom orders are generally final and cannot be canceled or refunded solely because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size or color, submitted incorrect wording, approved or created a design you no longer want, or otherwise changed a customer-selected customization.

If an item arrives damaged, materially defective, misprinted, materially different from the order submitted at checkout, or if DA Outlet or its production/fulfillment partner sends the wrong item, contact DA Outlet within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos when reasonably possible. DA Outlet may request additional information or require the affected item to be returned before resolving the claim.

For a verified DA Outlet, production, or fulfillment error, DA Outlet will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a corrected reprint, replacement, or refund for the affected item. If a replacement is not reasonably available, or applicable law requires a refund, DA Outlet will issue the applicable refund. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Minor differences that are reasonably expected in custom apparel—such as modest variations in print placement, garment dimensions, fabric appearance, or screen-to-print color—are not automatically considered defects. Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside DA Outlet’s reasonable control do not by themselves create a right to a refund, except where required by law or where an order is confirmed lost or otherwise qualifies for a remedy.

Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, return, warranty, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.

10. Account and service integrity

You may not misuse the service, interfere with site security, automate abusive requests, manipulate prices, or attempt unauthorized access. DA Outlet may suspend access or cancel fraudulent or prohibited transactions.

11. No guarantee of uninterrupted service

The site, AI tools, payment providers, carriers, and third-party services may experience outages or changes. DA Outlet will make reasonable efforts to operate the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Mandatory law

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer, privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights that cannot legally be waived under the law applicable to you.
